Chief Executive Officer & Principal

Stephen (Steve) Metter is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MW Group, Ltd. and MW Commercial Realty Inc. As CEO, Steve supports company leadership in setting corporate and investment strategy, structuring debt and equity solutions, and ensuring operational excellence.  Prior to starting MW Group, Steve had a successful career in investment banking with the Morgan Stanly Oppenheimer Group.

Steve has been an active member with many charitable and professional organizations. Currently, he sits on the boards of: Child & Family Services, The Institute for Family Enrichment, Hawaiian Humane Society, and the Fort Street Improvement District. Steve is also active in the World Presidents' Organization (WPO) and sits on the Board of Trustees for Hawaii Pacific University. Steve attended the University of California, Berkeley, and has been a leader in the Hawaii business and development community for over three decades.


Greg Wood (S)

Vice President & General Manager, Oahu Properties

Greg Wood is the Vice President and General Manager of the Oahu Property and Leasing Division. Greg oversees the leasing, property management, and tenant relations for all of the company's retail, office and industrial properties on Oahu. Prior to joining MW Group in 2001, Greg worked in advertising in San Francisco, CA.

Greg currently serves as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii and is the Trustee for the Wood Family Trust which supports Ho'omalu o Na Kamali'I, a safe house for abused and neglected children. Greg graduated from University of the Pacific in 1994.


Evan Ketter

Leasing Manager and Broker-in-Charge, Maui Properties

Evan Ketter is the Leasing Manager and Broker-in-charge of the MW Commercial Realty Inc. Maui Properties that consists of Azeka Shopping Center - Mauka and Makai, Kihei Kalama Village and Kihei Plaza. Prior to joining MWG, Evan worked as a leasing agent with Jones Lang LaSalle on properties throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Before moving to Maui, Evan lived in Guangzhou, China where he worked as a performing artist doing high diving during the evenings in an international circus and during the day he worked as a real estate consultant for the 7-Eleven corporation. Evan currently serves as Vice President of the Maui Commercial Round Table. He studied Business and Economics at Stony Brook University in New York and graduated in 2007.
