Azeka I & II Shopping Center

Azeka Shopping Center, known as the “Heart and Soul of Kihei,” was originally constructed in phases beginning in 1978 and acquired in December 2000. Today, it spans both sides of South Kihei Road (mauka and makai) and offers approximately 134,000 square feet of prime retail and office space—making it the largest shopping center in Kihei.

Designed in traditional Hawaiian architectural style, the center blends cultural authenticity with modern convenience. Recent renovations include open gateway hale, Hawaiian hip roofs, shaded trellises, updated signage, and lush tropical landscaping to create a welcoming environment with shaded seating areas for visitors.
